Pre-order items will have their timetables listed in the product description. Please read carefully before ordering.
All packages are sent in recycled postage bags with tracking numbers sent to the provided email address.
Sleeping Profit does not accept responsibility for missing, stolen or delayed parcels once the parcel is dispatched to the delivery address on your order and the tracking number is provided to you. Each piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and promptly. Shipping labels are automatically created based on your checkout information so please ensure that the address provided is accurate. If you have any issues with the whereabouts of your parcel you can track it at any time using the tracking number provided in your fulfilment email.
In the instance that a parcel is missing or lost please notify us and we will do whatever we can do on our end to lodge an investigation with the postal service. We do not offer refunds for damaged, lost or stolen packages during
transit.
